I'm trying to learn how to do things right at this point, but lately I've been having cheerios and almond milk (plus something else, fruit or the other day I made a couple of slices of turkey bacon). This morning I had oatmeal and some Greek yogurt. I need to try smoothies sometime. Gotta figure out what to put in them.

My breakfast, most weeks - 6 days a week is a Green Drink Fruit smoothie

one day a week I either have steel cut oats w/oat bran and dried fruit OR 12 grain bread toasted with an omelet made from 1 egg and two egg whites, fillings vary on what I feel like eating that day.
