One package of cream of wheat with 1/3 cup dried cranberries.

Usually when I'm working I will eat 1 wheat bagel with 2 tbsp of Peanut butter spread on it, along with coffee. It's very filling until lunch time... although it does get a little old/boring. :) Sometime I eat just a half bagel w/ pb and some fruit.
