Today was my weekly treat of a cafe breakfast.
My choice this week was a open toasted sandwich on wholemeal bread with cranberry, turkey, onion, cheese and avocado. And a can of coke zero.

Half cup bran flakes with sliced strawberries, cup 1% milk, slice wheat toast with a little butter and Pero coffee (non caffeine coffee that tastes a lot like coffee, no caffeine 'cause it spikes my blood sugar) with Sugar free Coffee-mate.

2 sausage patties, 1/2 cup 100% whole grain oatmeal, multigrain toast. (i'm going to have to lay off the sausage though, the caloric intake is wayyy too much, and the fat!) Oh and OJ-1 cup.
