Porridge - cooked with 1/2 cup of 6 grain porridge mix,, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped red delicious apple and cinnamon.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of stabilized wheat germ, 2 Tb of chopped peanut and 1 Tb of low-fat greek yoghurt

I always drink 24oz of water on my way to work. I had an apple then ate my peanut butter crackers that were supposed to be my afternoon snack. I guess I was hungrier than normal this morning.
