This morning syntha 6 and Optimum Nutrotion protein powder mixed together and a cup of coffee was running late. But usually 1 cup egg white, 2 eggs, a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee

1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt, splash of vanilla, 1 tsp of Splenda, 1 tbsp. ground flax seed, and a few chopped strawberries. I modified it by adding Splenda and flax seed.

Read it somewhere here on one of the boards and I'm completely hooked on it! It's delicious! Whoever originally posted it, thanks!

Porridge - cooked with 1/2 cup of 5 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped packham pear and a sprinkle of allspice.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of wheat germ, 2 Tb of low-fat greek yoghurt and 1 Tb of chopped walnuts

I had a banana and some applesauce. Nothing fancy, but it is hard for me to eat anything for breakfast!

Current Goal: Get back to my Healthy Lifestyle!
Ultimate Goal: Maintain 95 lbs lost
Other Goal: Lose 100 lbs

Best 5K Time: 33:53! I would like to get under 30 minutes eventually!
