I started my day right with a trip to the gym, followed by a green smoothie made with lettuce, banana, blueberries, decaf iced coffee, 1% milk and nonfat cottage cheese, and a poached organic egg over a quarter cup of oats with nutritional yeast, pepper, and Frank's hot sauce.

Porridge - Cooked with 1/2 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of water, a sprinkle of allspice & a chopped packham pear
After cooking, I added 3 Tb of wheat germ, a few chopped walnut halves and 2Tb of non-fat natural yoghurt
