Oatmeal (uncooked--I like it better that way) with fresh sliced strawberries (wish they would stay in season forever) and skim milk.

YIKES HERE! I kind of ran after my toddler right after he finished my breakfast and counted the snack I ate early this morning of peanut butter and potato chips. Like I said...YIKES! Bad nutrition here..sorry!

Normally, I eat cereal with milk, Cream of Wheat, or Oatmeal. I add raisins or applesauce to my Cream of Wheat and Oatmeal usually.

I was on a mission to get my kid to the park for a bit before story time and just kind of forgot about myself, BUT....fellow friends at sparkpeople....I have stayed on track for lunch:).

Got back from my first spinning class and made a healthy breakfast of sodium-free sprouted grain toast with peanut butter, a parfait of nonfat Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, and Fiber One honey squares, and some decaf coffee with a splash of toffee creamer. Mmmm . .

I'm going to be honest here, I had a Doughnut, Scrambled Eggs and Toast and an Orange Juice. Wasn't the best choice, but it was either that or nothing at all until Lunch.
