Wow that's great - I only ever tune in when it's on free (which I think is about 4 times a year). Subscriptions to Sirius XM in Canada are really expensive, something like $20/month. I have an hour in the car every day going to/from work so I can cover a lot of tunes - or 4 jazz tunes - in that time!
I also like The Bridge channel - lots of "comfort music" on there. It's instant relaxation.
Polarpaw, I just got my DW's old car and it has her lifetime XM subscription. It's great, but unfortunately, I don't drive all that much anymore to get to use it. It's the best gift I ever got her as she spends way more time on the road than I do (or ever did). Her lifetime subscription is actually on a little portable that she uses both in the car and elsewhere and then the one attached to the car she handed down to me has a monthly fee of like seven bucks a month US dollars, so still a pretty good deal for two outlets. She only gets like three free transfers for the lifetime and then it's dead. Since they don't sell the lifetime anymore, we're gonna' keep it on that device as long as possible. We've already done pretty well since she has probably driven a half million miles since I bought it. I like "The Bridge" and "Seventies on Seven". Just love the variety.

I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see. - John Burroughs
