yesterday - 70 minute beach ride 1/2 into a 20+ mph headwind, hr monitor says 875 calories

walked dogs in a.m. yesterday afternoon bike for 90 minutes, 1250 calories and walked for 70 min for around 350 calories. Today, depends on weather, rain forecast so not sure

Returned from 2 weeks in Hilton head ,S.C and Savannah ,Georgia. I had to , I was totally fed up with this long winter, an inordinate amount of snow and -25 temperatures. While in the south I started my power walking and running again. I almost forgot how good it feels.
Power walking today: 120 mins
