Today is the 1st day that I woke up with zero pain in my heel! I feel like dancing!!! But I won't in fear of messing up what has just started to heal. Today I plan to exercise patience & self discipline, do floor exercises & stretch without putting undo stress or weight on my heel. Make every move count. Love myself & all others. Love.
