I plan on hitting the gym with a friend after work. Chest and tris tonight. Hopefully walk a mile on the track when we are done and then I will get some added exercise as I need to mow and do some yard work this evening!

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

I will exercise my faith by going to TGIF Today God is First men's discipleship small group! I plan on swimming an eighth of a mile. and cooking in the kitchen, which requires me to be on my toes. lol
