Did it, 60 min walk/jog, 60 min walk. Nice and easy two hours.

My friend is training for a marathon and has a crazy schedule. We are both runners so that's how we spend time together lately. She has to be to work earlier than me so every now and then (like today) I'll get up at run with her at 5am. 5 miles this morning before the sun came up!
