Fortunately, the weather in my area has improved dramatically since last week! I walked 4 miles this AM with my daughter and I took my usual hour long walk during lunch. A strong start to my week :o)

My plan is to go to the gym. It's cold and damp outside today. I'll shoot for forty minutes on the elliptical followed by a twenty minute full-body weight-lifting session.

I was planning to run on the treadmill for about 60 minutes (around 4 miles) and later do some Wii Fit workouts probably 30-45 minutes.
