I walked to work and will walk home (two miles total.) Then I have a walk/jog routine I have to do tonight (5K training) for about 35 minutes. Finally, I'll do my strength training with dumbbells and stability ball.

Sundays are usually my long run day, today my bf and i are attempting a 4.75 mile run to the beach and back. This run involves a big bridge, so we will have a nice hill, which is great for FL lol . This will be my furthest run ever, hope i can do it. (last record before this was 4.5, so i think i can manage .25 more)
