I just did Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred. In an hour so so I'll be going for a walk, but it's highly likely that it'll just be a leisurely walk.

Today is my FAVORITE and hardest day. I do Zumba during my lunch hour, run/ walk 7 miles and then do a "boot camp class" after that. This isn't an everyday thing, but it's a Wednesday thing :-)

I am going to the pool in about an hour I will swim lengths if enough space in the lanes... if not I will tread water, water jog or do jumping jacks and skipping in the shallow end that I clock as water aerobics.emoticon
