i will probably go out to hills with my 4-years-old brother and bf, if i persuade my brother

It's a active recovery day for me as well. I will be doing a 5K tomorrow. I do plan on getting 15 minutes of low-impact aerobics later this afternoon along with some strength training exercises.

I'm feeling a little unmotivated today.. but the plan is to hit the treadmill after work for an hour, with a good incline.. I'm going to attempt to go a little faster today. After that, I'm either going swimming and/or running.

My plan right now is after work to head over to the gym and run/walk for an hour on the treadmill. I am trying to build up running for a 5K. After that I will do a 1/2 hour of abdominal workout.
