I normally walk which is really the only exercise that I like, but I have shin splints now so I don't know what I'm going to do. Frustrating!!!

Hi! I did about 90 mins cardio and 20 mins strength training today. I'm trying to get in more strength training!

Height: 5'4"
First Goal Weight: 135 lbs. *MET!* 07/1609
Second Goal Weight (Maybe? :) ): 110-120 lbs.
