30 mins on elliptical...(if i can make it...I have a horrible cough, but I'm going to try!) If I can't hack the elliptical my backup is the bike and some arm strength training and abs...always work the abs!

So today I will take 5:30 Turbo kick, 6:15core on the ball and 7:00 interval training, omg I'm already tired but I will do this with. my work out buddy. I am going to push myself. Get a buddy it help a whole lot.

I can't make it to the gym today so I'll be doing a DVD or VCR tape work-out. Then, I'll do strength trainin with dumbbells.

If for some reasons a few things clear and I can go to the gym, it will be the elliptical, the treadmill, then the weight machines.

Go to the gym tonight & take 24 lift ( a strentgh training class) with my bfav instructor Dorothy. Then after class do the stair climber for 20 mins, 100 crunches & relax in the sauna for about 15 mins go home shower, wake up in the morning go to wrk & do it all over again. feeling great, actually see the definitio in my arms, need to post some new pix. Have a great day ppl!!~!! emoticon

I was hoping to use the exercise bike in my apartment complex's gym this morning, but I couldn't get myself out of bed early enough :(

When I get home tonight, I plan on breaking out a Pilates DVD I've had for a few years and giving that a try again - I feel like I need something new, but I don't want to spend any money right now. Recycling something from a few years ago will feel almost like new!!

Today I am already excited about my 5:30pm Advance Step Class, 6:15pm Kick boxing and 7:00pm Butt and Gutt, then i will be in so much pain and so tired i would not be able to complain, i will curse at the instructors in my head and smile in my heart. I love my Tuesday workout at the the Gym. Let Go Spark people, let get moving.
