I have got to get on the treadmill tonite for at least 45 minutes. I haven't gotten on it since Thursday and the only other exercise I've done is mowing the yard (yesterday).

30 minutes of cardio. Yesterday, my husband and I walked for 75 minutes going up and down steep hills. When we got home, I did some toning exercises, did weight training and rode the bike for 15 minutes to hit my calorie burn. Today, I am pretty sore and want to give my upper body a day off. I think doing 30 minutes of walking is a fair tradeoff.

So far it has been a pretty lazy day...my youngest son is sick, and my husband's working so it's mommy to the rescue. Lots of cuddling today. I do plan on starting Jillian Michaels' 30 day slimdown tonight though. So that is my plan.

Did the biggest loser cardio max dvd after i did a 10min warmup of jogging in place. I also did 10mins of ab work...might go for a walk after work if I have time and the weather is good
