I am going to try to walk today, at least 20 minutes. I did a physical fitness test yesterday that involved a one-minute push-up test. I did 3 pushups (not girl-style) where I made it 1/2 way down and back up. Everytime I went all the way down, I dropped to my knees. Ugh. My pecs(?) HURT today!

Hm, I think at 4 this afternoon I'm going to get to the gym and...

- Week 3 C25k workout (25 minutes)
- 20 minutes on the elliptical
- Lower body strength exercises (25 minutes)
- Abs/core exercises (20 minutes)

I've got this weird looking forward to it/dreading it thing going on haha

Today is going to be 45 minutes of walking on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training.

It is a little overcast, but am going to get outside between raindrops and trim some bushes, pull some weeds, cut back some old growth on the flowers. It is just an AWESOME day off of work.

30 minutes on the treadmill doing a nice easy 5 min walk/run workout, and then 25 on the bike as a cool down.

Then I am going home to rest for a bit and going back to do a TurboKick class. It'll be my first time doing the class, so I am pretty excited.

Jog 6 miles x 3 days a week
Lift weights x 2-3 days a week
Yoga x 1 day a week
Pilates x 2 days a week

Other: walking, swimming, biking, and aerobics as time and/or weather allow.

I just participated in my first Zumba class. How do we record that in SP? Dancing:Fast, ballet, twist? Aerobics general low-impact? Anyway, it was pretty fun, but crowded. My plan is to do strength training later today.

my plan was to be pumped up and do at least 45 minutes but so far 20 and am shattered maybe should have gone on a slightly slower speed on the recumbent exercise bike lol oh well done it now have to pick up my daughter in an hour will try and fit some in when she in bed
