gym to burn 200 on this elliptical type thing(the arms don't move and you are going up and down slanted instead of strides on the elliptical but it otherwise looks like an elliptical), followed by 100 on bikes, then another 200 on the elliptical thingy. Also some strength training between the two elliptical sessions.

Today's exercise plan is keeping up with my son, playing at the playground, and then dancing in the street tonight - it's an annual event with live music and they close down the main street so we can just get out and dance.
