A new month ad new goals and hopefully a better world too. I hope you've all been doing okay dealing with all that is going on. Bike rididng sure helps me! I'm so glad that even though we aren't many we are here to support each other.

Thank you Kathy, it feels a lot better the last day or two. I can get my hand behind my back now! In my early 20’s I wiped out on my mountain bike, fell on my head (yea for helmets!) and broke my collarbone. It healed crooked so my range of motion isn’t what it should be for that shoulder. Now that it’s feeling better I just have to try and not aggravate it.

I’m sorry to hear your recovery is taking longer than expected Bill.

Surgery didn't go as expected. So, the earliest comeback to my cycling is now 6/17. It's killing me, but I'm doing lots of walking.

Thanks Kathy! My shoulder was feeling moderately better this morning so I popped out on the rail trail to test it out. Lifting my arm overhead and trying to undo my bra or anything like that with my hand behind my back hurts a lot. Luckily the cycling position didn’t hurt. So I’m just trying not to aggravate it for now.

I hurt my shoulder at work lifting heavy boxes. I can’t raise my arm without pain so I have to take a few days off. It’s all you Kathy!!

MTN bike ride with my hubby and son yesterday. I spent the whole ride trying to catch up. My 14 year old is crazy fast these days. I was starting to gain on him towards the end of the ride though as his endurance isn’t quite as good as mine yet. My hubby has always been very fast as well.

And looking at that I realized I messed up my numbers, adding the numbers in one column when I shouldn’t have, I fixed it.

Can we add a column?

Straightened out some lost miles...I don't know why when we open the page it isn't always the most recent post. I've found if I click the "Sorting last post on top" and then click it again it will bring up the most recent post. I always check if the post below mine is right with miles after I post....some times it is just whacky though.
