I’m looking for a book similar to BodyBoss Ultimate Body 12-Week Fitness Guide — one that breaks down specific exercises for you to do, how many reps, etc.... However, it is my understanding this specific fitness guide is really for the physically fit and that even the 4 week pre-training is fairly advanced for a beginner. I need a guide that will get me to this 4 week pre-training. I’m 50+ and not physically fit.
