One of those peddlers that sit on the floor, seated leg extensions, seated knee lifts, getting up when you can to walk, maybe some wall pushups, calf raises, etc... Good luck! You got this!

I have a desk job also, but am able to make sure I get up and do a loop around my floor every 30-60 minutes. Might not be possible for you, but you can set alarms as reminders.

I ride a desk bike that i can sit and work on the computer while I ride. It helps me burn extra calorie while I'm just sitting around working and it makes my work go by faster!

Hi All,

I am just getting back into the swing of the loss weight get health thing. I plan on setting up a regular exercise program at the gym and walking but was looking for something a little more to help stay motivated. I am at my desk from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm (or later) every weekday. I was wondering if anyone had access or could point me to a list of activities that I can do at my desk during the day to keep the momentum up during the day. ANy suggestions are appreciated.
