I absolutely do. Her workouts are good when I am stuck inside because of the heat. Lots on youtube.

I lost 121lbs in one year primarily using her videos 5x week, and now that I am working out again I plan to use her videos again! I love her!

Second hand stores for dvds and music sometimes has some Leslie. Also, Poshmark has a couple.

Another place I have found her DVDs is at the Goodwill. They cost $1.99...not too bad. Other thrift stores may have them too and Amazon sometimes has used ones for reasonable.

If you are looking for something similar but different, Jessica Smith is another fitness instructor with some great DVDs out there.

Just picked up videos from library... easier than trying to use YouTube (internet got sluggish and I had to stop to fix it mid workout!!) So I did Walk to the Hits with HIIT 3 miles this a.m.!! 4,069 steps!!!

Me~ I use the ones on YouTube but am considering buying streaming access. I have lost some weight and the world and I like each other better when I exercise. She is easy to follow (I am uncoordinated) and I enjoy the different speeds that are available. I try to fit in an hour, but don't always have that in my schedule.

I started today tracking my food on my Fitbit app. Also I bought a scale yesterday that is connected to my Fitbit... it showed me to be .6 kilo heavier than my other scale showed.

I had my thyroid removed in September. I feel much more energetic now that I have started exercising regularly again.

Just found her on YouTube and did 15 minutes / 1 mile at bed time... I just got back into exercising and really loved it!

I have some of her videos and they are nice for low impact.

You mentioned that you have lost no weight. Did you know that weight loss is more about food than exercise? It is said that you can't out exercise poor nutrition. So, if you aren't tracking your nutrition, even here on SparkPeople, I encourage you to start.

After a few weeks of tracking, you have a fairly good picture of where you are and you can start tweeking to ensure you are getting enough carbs, protein and fat. You'll be able to see if you are eating enough fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking enough. You'll see if you are eating too many or too few calories. You can set a couple of goals to help improve your nutrition.

Hi, I've done the videos before and lost weight and love Leslie and her workouts. I signed up for the seven day trial and am going to see if I can get back to doing it regularly. The price is good if one uses it. Thanks for the reminder about it.

I started doing the Leslie Sansone Walk and Home video programs 6 weeks ago.

The first week I did the 3 mile ones, the second & third weeks the 4 mile ones, the fourth & fifth week the 5 mile ones... at least four times a week. I lost no weight.

This week I upped my game to 5 miles in the morning and 3 miles in the evening and am finally starting to see some loss. Also my appetite is much more manageable. I am not craving crap.

Does anyone else do this walking program? I like it because I can adapt it as I go along. I have Osteoporosis so certain things I do not do high impact.

I joined the website program and pay 8 francs per month for unlimited online streaming videos. Are there any other similar online streaming exercise programs out there that people recommend?

Today I bought 1 kilo hand weights and a stretchy band so that next week I can start doing those sections of the videos with the correct equipment.
