Sorry, I missed the notification for this message board. If the exercises are similar to that video, you could use that video option to track and just enter the actual time you are exercising to give you an estimate of the calories burned.

I was just watching Coach Nicole's Day 4 Bootcamp video. The exercises on there are what most of the General Exercise class does, with a little more added in like the resistance band ones. Is there a particular way that those are tracked? Mind you, that class goes for an hour, so longer than the 9 minutes she has.

It sounds like you're doing some strength training with some possible stretching added. If you type strength in the Fitness Tracker search box, you'll see a lot of options come up and you could probably use most of those, but I'd say probably "Strength training with resistance bands" or "Strength training: Moderate resistance training with rest between sets (includes weight machines, weight lifting, weight training)" for the strength training portions of your class and then just the general stretching option for the stretching portion of the class.

Hope that helps!

I am starting a class that has resistance bands, stability ball, small dumbbell weights. It is more than just general stretching, but I don't know what to put it on a fitness tracker. using the stability ball there are crunches, back exercises, etc. plus balancing on it when we are doing work with the resistance band. All exercises she is working out core, even if we are doing arm exercises with the resistance band. This class is HARD for a 68 year old who isn't in shape. Just hope I can manage to stay with it.

What I am wondering is what to put it under. I put it under general stretching, but I don't know if that is right.
