Prior to our hurricane last October I was strength training 2 times a week. The hurricane destroyed almost all the gyms in our city. Mine might reopen in the next month. I hope so. I miss strength training with full equipment and the regulars at the gym. Hope to even find a class to join.

It depends on the time of year.

In the summer I spend a lot more time outside enjoying the nice weather biking, walking and running. So I’ll strength train 1-2x a week.

In the winter I strength train more often. 3-4x a week

I usually strive for 2 to 3 all body sessions per week. I even joined my local Moms on the Run and we do a warm up, a 30 minute interval walk or run, 20 minutes of strenght, which is usually body weight since we meet in a local park, and a 5 minute cool down.

Occasionally, I'll manage strength training 3 times weekly, but more often, it's twice weekly. I do a combination of body weight exercises and dumbbells.

In case you want specifics, here's some of what I do: planks, modified squats, modified lunges, knee pushups, dumbbell chest press/chest fly, dumbbell shoulder press/side raises, triceps dips/kickbacks.
