Thanks guys i friggin love training upperbody and its the best part of my day , legs...ahhh main reason is i dont care about having legs just want it a bit muscular so it wont look like chicken legs, I tried doing it twice a week with bulgarian split squats and lunges on the same day and i effed up my legs soo much that i couldnt perform the excercises next week, felt like my knees were gonna snap so left it for the day, wish my small routine for legs work as per my desires :/

Your routine seems pretty solid. I hate legs too. I try to get around doing them, but with a desk job my legs need extra attention just to keep them functional haha

It sounds okay. You definitely want to do exercises you enjoy to maintain your routine for a lifetime. If you want additional ideas, you can check out the SP fitness section.

I train my upperbody with the routine of

Chest/shoulder/tri
Db bench press 3x12
Chest fly 3x12
Arnold press 3x12
Tricep pushdown 3x12
Overhead tricep extention 3x12

Back nd bi
Chinups 3x12
Barbell row 3x12
Dumbbell row 3x12
Lat pull down 3x12
Reverse fly 3x12
Hammer curl (cable) 3x12

I hate leg days, dont know how to progress on them but if i just do lunges 3x10, extentions 3x12 and leg curls 3 x12 with calf raises 3x12, will it be sufficient since i hate squatting.???
