Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America. Amazing highly aerobic workout that is very easy on joints and strain. Look it up on You Tube there is lots of it. I would venture a bet that if you tried it you will LOVE it . Especially if you like racquetball, tennis, or ping pong.

Without using a heart rate monitor, the skateboarding entry is probably the closest activity to track that.
