Being positive is a choice. My Mantra: “Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day." Each morning seek the positive and you will have a good day. Always remember, “Your only competition is YOU.”
Outdoor, even if it is 10 degrees and snowing. I have a gym membership for weightlifting, but I hate walking on a treadmill. They clean the bike path when it snows, so I walk on it 5 days a week. It runs along the river, so it is relaxing.
I prefer Jessica Smith or Leslie Sanson Indoor walking videos. It gets my heart rate up. If I go outdoors I end up with listening music and a leisurely walk. That is saved for a very light day exercise.
