Body Step class at noon (so haven't done it yet) but I need to also continue running for an upcoming 5k so I'll probably do either, but I don't have time for both. Oh and I need to get in some strength training too...hmmmm...

Mondays are my down days to rest...Usually I do Jullian Michaels Kettlebell Workout. Changing that to the FIRM Express when I get it later this week, just to change things up a little....I'm at a plateau!!
