Body Step class at noon (so haven't done it yet) but I need to also continue running for an upcoming 5k so I'll probably do either, but I don't have time for both. Oh and I need to get in some strength training too...hmmmm...

35 min out the door this AM (3 min walk / 2 min jog) -- then working on the farm for 5 hrs with crew picking blueberries

I spent 6 hrs resetting grocery supplies on pallets to get ready to store in the warehouse till next month. Walking, lifting, moving cases of canned goods, etc.

Mondays are my down days to rest...Usually I do Jullian Michaels Kettlebell Workout. Changing that to the FIRM Express when I get it later this week, just to change things up a little....I'm at a plateau!!

HIIT running, 30 seconds on/90 seconds off, for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes running
