Sure did, went to curves and did the circuit twice, 1/2 hour work out, that supposedly is equal to an hour of work out... but who knows if that's true... I'll have my first weigh in and measurements on Monday the 10th and I HOPE have lost something more than my mind! :)

15 min on the treadmill at 3.5 mph

strength training:

30 squats on the wall with the ball
30 single legged squats on the wall with the ball on each leg
30 crunches
30 crunches with a twist
30 leg adductions
30 leg abductions
30 reps on the leg extenstion machine

30 min on the recumbent bike
5 min cool down on the bike

Yes, the first CrossFit workout of the year today and it was a good one!

Warmup:
* Stretches
* Pull-ups
* Push-ups
* Sit-ups
* Squats
* 200 M run

Conditioning:
7 rounds of the following for time:

* 5 Thrusters
* 5 L-Pull-ups
* 200 M run
* Repeat

Strength:
5.3.1 Dead lift today was week 3 of the cycle, so it was max weight.

strength workout with dumbbells: shoulders, chest, and back. Core: Plank, and crunches with ball. Cardio: 50 minutes on recumbent bike and 20 minute walk.

I rode my bike 24 miles, which was 95 minutes. It was cool outside (47 degrees) but a lovely day.
