I did Cosmopolitan Video called Fat Burning Workout. It is a 40 minute one that uses hand weights and is aerobic. I also jumped roped (jumped 40 times the first time and then again 17 jumps). I wish I could jump without tripping and starting again though.
I rode my bike 18.614 miles on the rails to trails. Pennsylvania has beautiful trails to ride bike, clean and scenic. There were a lot of other people biking, walking, and jogging. I went early since by 1:00PM it was 100 degrees. Happy 4th of July!
