I swam laps for 20 minutes, rode an exercise bike for 20 minutes (6.2 miles on random hills), then I did two sets on four different upper body weight machines. I did 30 lbs rowing, 30 lbs chest press, 45 lbs lat pull downs, and 35 lbs on the one pushing straight up. Then I stretched it all out. Ahhh.

Not yet. I was a little afraid to today. Slipped on the ice this morning and have had a sore back all day...any suggestions on stretches or something to help alleviate that?

Yep, CrossFit this morning.

Strength Training:
* 5.3.1 Front Squat

Conditioning:
A 7 minute “as many rounds as possible” (AMRAP) of squat clean, pull-ups, and double-under jump rope (DU).

* 7 squat cleans
* 14 pull-ups
* 21 DU
Repeat as many times as possible in 7 mins

Yes I did 40 mins of Hip Hop Abs. I really like them they are challenging and fun.
