no gym today...had to make a road trip to pick up my new rescue pup....another pug....love him already.....will do a yoga/pilates dvd this evening and some myofascial release using the rumble roller.....yoga class tomorrow night...

Yes I did.

I went for a great walk for 45 minutes and got to discover some great looking homes in my neighborhood. It was fun, and it was also relaxing. It let me clear my head.
