Because I lost one of my gloves on my ususal walk/run of 2.2 mil. I had to go again to find it. Well so I did double...I will lay on the couch with a lily on my chest the remainder of the evening because I did a 29 minute Barre workout before i went! If I had KNOWN, I could have left that OUT....... emoticon

Took a day off from Combat and did Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance for a change-up. Surprisingly, the migraine I had all day went away as soon as I started the warm-up.
