Today was my upper body weight lifting day, so I lifted weights for 35 minutes. I increased my weight today for some of my exercises, and for others, I increased the reps. I can feel myself getting stronger!

Rode my bike for the first time in almost 2 years! I rode for 25 minutes (with a small break at a park in the middle), and I was surprised at how well I did! I think my running training has helped my endurance a great deal!
