Didn't do any official cardio or strengh training but I did spend 2 hours outside gardening. I am still feeling it!!

This morning:

Swam 1500 meters in 22 minutes then 1 minute of treading water and 1 minute of deep water running

Today was my upper body weight lifting day, so I lifted weights for 35 minutes. I increased my weight today for some of my exercises, and for others, I increased the reps. I can feel myself getting stronger!

Rode my bike for the first time in almost 2 years! I rode for 25 minutes (with a small break at a park in the middle), and I was surprised at how well I did! I think my running training has helped my endurance a great deal!

It's my off day for running so...

I did 45mins of strength training with Jackie Warner, if you don't know who she is she is great! Then I did 20mins of HIIT! I feel great!

I did my new Leslie Sansone Walkblaster, I got it off of E-Bay and although it's not a hard work out, I still worked up a sweat and it is a nice change from the day to day stuff!!!

I did t-tapp! 20 minutes a day and so far in four weeks I'm down 15 inches over all and 11 lbs. Just started SP yesterday but still going to t-tapp each day.
