30 minutes usual exercises, also went to physical therapist for my two muscle pulls and got new exercises, start them tomorrow = 10 each for quad and 4 different ones for back/buttocks (stork, frog, chair, bridge I call them) no weights yet or dancing

Yes I did. I spent 35 minutes on my gazelle and 20 mins on rowing machine and 5 mins with weights.

I did 18 min on the elliptical, 16 on the treadmill and about 25 min of strength training. I'm pretty tired now but feel good.
