I completed 20 min of Yoga Meltdown Level 2 (out of a 30 min level). I'm working up to the full 30 minutes!

did the PT prescribed exercises (13) for my injured shoulder and I.T. band....12 minutes of restorative yoga..crunches and side bends.....and 8 minutes with the rumble roller...

I did coach Nicoles seated cardio workout. Feeling more awake since doing that, but also think it was more than enough for one day as I am still recovering from a dental procedure.
