I did 30 minutes...twenty minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of yoga. I was lucky to be able to squeeze that in because hubby is home. I'm going to try to do some strength training later today.

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 miles), and then later in the day I did P90X Kenpo (about an hour).
