Elliptical for 120 min with HIITS as often as I can tolerate to increase my efficiency.
Strength training for 60 min using 15 lb dumbbells, HD resistance bands, stability ball
Stretch 10 min using pilates and yoga

got in 60minutes total 45 on the my bowflex tread climber, and 15min on my treadmill went 2.63 miles and burned 462 calories
