30 min on the treadmill on the hardest program, up to 6.0 mph at the peak. Today I actually made it though that hard peak pace without stopping or slowing it down. That is an acheivement!

yesterday was at 170 minutes, running on trendmill for 20 minutes, bike for 20 minutes, reclined bike for 20 minutes, the lil skiing machine (hell if i know what it's called!) 20 minutes, then went for a 30 minute swim. Also a hour walking, it is a half a hour walk to the gym after all :p

about an hour today. 40 in mowing the lawn and 20 in strength training. Tomorrow I'll be fishing. I need to find out what I can count for that!

29 minutes - stationary bike (7.5-8.5mph)
5 minutes - stationary bike (14-15mph)

60 Minutes on the Stair Climber this morning.

60 Minutes light walking during my lunch break. (my butt and legs were stiff from the Stair Climber so walking really helps to stretch out)!

I did 2 blocks of 60 minutes (+3-5 minute cooldowns) yesterday, but I think I messed up my hip doing it. Raised the resistance that I usually use on my stationary bike and now I'm in a lot of pain. Probably won't be able to do anything today. :(

Oh, well, at least college is cancelled for the day.
