I stuck with what I use when I don't get on the treadmill or elliptical, and that is my Special K 10 Minute Challenge video. I did two different sections on it for a total of 20 minutes; not that great of a workout, but it was exercise which is what I need to do!

I did 2 workouts today and although tired now...it was really awesome to do so much and feel good about it--boot camp 45 min. and then a mini-tri workout this morning with 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes run, 20 minutes swim
