Finding an extended period of time to exercise is nearly impossible. I fit extra activity into my day as often as possible. I guess if I counted the extra minutes I've done so far today, I'd call it 15 minutes and I still have over 10 hours of my day left.
Give up everything you love, and everything that tastes good = weight loss! Simple as that!

I am so excited to exercise now. I have been off my right foot since November of 2009 due to a bad break and 3 surgeries. Last week I was given the ok to walk without crutches. Since then I have been riding the stationary bike each day and walking the dog (with the walking cast on) It feels good and I think it will make me feel healthier. I rode the bike for 35 minutes and have walked the dog 20 minutes (would have gone farther but temp is 94!)
