I did a 20-minute workout video. It was Mari Winsor's Ab Workout. It is the first time I have worked out since March. I have been through a lot of turmoil with family and my relationship, school, working and everything else in the past 8 months. I know that is now excuse, but it has been 8 months and was happy to exercise, even if it was for just 20 minutes. I plan to do more tomorrow!
Not yet. I am recovering from surgery and I'm trying hard to stay upbeat. I am so grateful for God's love, the beautiful Sunday, the small treats in life like my precious min pin *Mr. Tux* and lots of opportunities I have living in America that I wouldn't have in other countries. Life is good.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
