Did I exercise to "exercise" or did I get a workout because we have one terminally-broken elevator at work, and tons of places to walk up, down and around to in the course of fulfilling job functions? I'm beginning to wonder what the word "exercise" means. Yes, I exercised today, and no I did not keep count, track or anything else about it. I lived it, in the course of doing my job. I also feel this way when I'm outdoors in my yard doing the extensive things we call "yardwork", or even sometimes, "gardening". So anyhow it was too dark tonight to do the latter, but I certainly did the former today. (Smile...)


Working on healthy: Nutritious, sustainable, day to day, low carb-ish living. AND getting out and about and exercising... Yep, better do that!
