Yes i did! Since my van is in the repair shop for the 2nd time (this week!) I'v started walking my daughter to school & back everyday (which i'v learned to love.) After i dropped her off (so to speak, LOL) at school, i continued my speed-walk for about an hour & some & got back home about an hour ago. I feel great & am thankful i live close to her school! LOL. I do love the exercise though! emoticon

I spent the day cleaning out flower beds. I pulled weeds, cut down ivy, morning glory and sticker-bushes and pruned up several shrubs. I hauled out 2 tree limbs, 2 tires, 1 d-ring, 1 hand shovel and one regular shovel.

It's amazing what you find when you buy a home.

I didn't hit the gym as planned, but I think I got a good workout in anyway.

I did 32 minutes of walk/run intervals -- it's my 3rd time doing week 2 of the podrunner interval training First day to 5K program.

I also cleaned the house for about 2 hours, including the gym area! The icky floor is no more!
