It's a big "YES" today! For the past few weeks I have been looking forward to my workouts. Today, I felt sluggish and I didn't want to do anything. BUT, I mustered up my last little bit of energy and managed to get in 45 minutes of aerobics. I feel so much better now that I've done it.

I had actually was having an argument with myself about not wanting to workout today. My son called and needed me to take something to him at school. So when my evil lazy me was not paying attention, I jumped on the eliptical and worked out until I had to leave to his school! It ended up being 45 mins and the good me just laughed at the evil me! yea
i have just subsribed to this forum. I have been doing some strenght exercises and cardios every day and I'm not really losing as fast as my dh who only does cardios. I want to lose 23 pounds in 10 weeks..... before New Year rings in. Yesterday, I even broke in a sweat! The scale didn't budge and I was under in my calorie intake for the day. I only drank 36 onces of water. It's a long road! but I want to be healthier and I'll stick to my program!!!
