Not yet, except for walk to work and home for lunch and back again. I'll walk a couple miles after work and get in some strength.

I did 30 minutes of Strength training and 25 minutes of Cardio. I still have another 30 to 50 minutes of Cardio to do today.

Yes - I did 50 minutes of PILATES MAT exercises. I then walked to the market and back. That is probably 2 miles.

I worked in my garden for about 15 minutes and then did the SP Pilates workout for abs.

Yes! I did one of the SP 10 minute cardio bootcamp videos, and I will be horseback riding for an hour. I'll probably take my dog for a walk tonight too! I also did some ab work - 2 reps of twist crunches (12/rep) and 2 reps of regular crunches (15/rep).

Yes, 2.25 miles with my dogs. Easy, you may think, until you learn that I was walking with one husky/chow mix and another of our chows (we have five). They are very strong and keep me active! emoticon
