Congratulations, Bjork! I'm glad you did well on your interview. You know, they generally get easier and easier the more you do them. Some profs say it's good to go even if you don't really want the job just so you get the experience interviewing.
Back on subject: I actually did more exercise today then I have in a long time. My DH is gone, and I am filling up the time this way.

It's snowing. I'm so jealous. Get out there and have a snowball fight. That's some exercise.

Today it snowed a few inches so I don't know what I'm going to do. However, I walked almost 2000 steps at the mall because I had a job interview at "The Gap" which went over well. I'm so excited! I've never really done an interview before! That was my first one!

Just got back from a 45 min walk. It was great my daughter rode her bike and we took the new dog with us. There should be a category for "high impact walking though" I have a feeling my arm muscles will 'feel the pain' tomorrow from walking the dog. she was a little excited about getting to with us!!! Definately got the cardio part out of the walk today!emoticonStay focused people!!!

Yep - I did 30 minutes on the treadmill - some walking and some jogging.

You owe it to yourself to make your days here count.

Have fun. Dig deep. Stretch. Dream big.

Know, though, that things worth doing seldom come easy. There will be good days. There will be times when you want to turn around, pack it up, and call it quits. Those times tell you that you are pushing yourself, that you are not afraid to learn by trying.

no, i'm rather shamed about it aswell, it's in my plans that i should do a 2 hours of weights or so but i was called up at the last minute to give a talk to some students at an open day, i guess if i make it up tomorrow it'll be okay, does mean i'll be doing weight training two days in a row tho (as sunday is meant to be my day off).

I did Crunch: Salsa which was kind of hard for me after the first set of steps... it was the steps and coordination that were hard, not the intensity. But still fun, I know I'll get the steps down eventually! LOL

I ran outside for the first time in I don't know how long. It wasn't the longest or the best run, but it reminded me why I love running so much (it also reminded me how much I miss Boston).
